The Friendship Reception is a special ticketed event with dinner, performances by Japan Groups, mochitsuki (mochi pounding) and a gathering to welcome our guest participants from Japan and across the U.S.! The Festival Committee takes this opportunity to express their gratitude to our Festival participants. This reception will take place on Friday evening right before the second weekend of the Festival.
