The children’s area is back! The Children’s Cherry Blossom Village will include fun games and cultural hands-on crafts and activities for kids of all ages, organized as fundraisers for local Japanese community organizations and schools. We are thrilled to bring this activity area back to the festival for our youngest festival goers to enjoy. Participating organizations include the Buddhist Church of San Francisco Junior Young Buddhist Association, Clarendon Japanese Bilingual Bicultural Program, Japanese Community Youth Council, Nihonmachi Little Friends, and Rosa Parks Japanese Bilingual Bicultural Program and STEAM Program.
